JOB OBJECTIVE
Responsible for cleaning dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment/utensils and assist in setting and clearing of restaurant tables under the supervision of Director of Dining/Executive Chef, Sous Chef or another supervisor.PART TIME AVAILABLE SCHEDULE FOR PART TIME

Monday-Saturday 4pm-11pm Sunday 12pm-7pmNIGHT AND WEEKEND AVAILABILITY A MUST JOB QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Good oral communication skills and demonstrated judgment. Must be 18 years of age. Must be able to use the English language to satisfy the communications and record keeping requirements involved in the performance of this job position with or without reasonable accommodation. Must maintain neat, well-groomed appearance adhering to dress code of the facility. Must be able to safely perform all essential job functions without harm to self or others with or without reasonable accommodation. Must comply with facility's drug testing and substance abuse program and policies.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots or pans, using dishwashers or three-compartment sink by hand. Clean tableware Operate dish machine including proper use of chemicals and temperature accuracy. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment or utensils in clean and orderly condition. Clean food preparation areas, facilities, or equipment Place clean dishes, utensils or cooking equipment in storage areas. Sort and remove trash, placing in designated pickup areas. Sweep and/or scrub floors in kitchen; assist in general cleaning duties as directed. Stock supplies, such as food/utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators or other areas. Assist with food preparation, as directed. Adherence to all sanitation and food handling protocols Prepare and package individual place settings. Clean or prepare various foods for cooking or serving. Receive and store supplies. Clean garbage cans with soap and water and sanitize. Load/UN-load trucks that deliver or pick-up food/supplies according to department policies and procedures. Transfer supplies or equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand trucks. Arrange tables or dining areas during special events. Other duties deemed necessary by supervisor, manager, or Director.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimal work experience. Strong problem solving and communication skills. Exceptional time management skills. Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts and lift at least 50 pounds. Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures.SCHEDULE FOR PART TIME
