Duties Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure readiness for service. Clear tables promptly by bussing dishes, resetting tables with clean linens and utensils to prepare for new guests. Assist with food preparation tasks such as plating or garnishing under supervision to support kitchen operations. Maintain cleanliness in all dining and kitchen areas by sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and sanitizing surfaces regularly. Support catering and banquet events by setting up serving stations, clearing dishes during events, and assisting with basic food handling tasks. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction. Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation standards, and workplace cleanliness. Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Ability to stand for extended periods while performing cleaning and bussing duties. Strong attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards across all areas. Knowledge of basic food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude; ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy hours. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Previous experience with catering or banquet service is advantageous but not mandatory.
