Their duties include prioritizing different types of crockery and kitchenware, hand-washing dishes, loading the dishwasher and placing dishes to dry. They are also responsible or helping to keep the kitchen clean by taking out the trash, sweeping, mopping the floors, and wiping down counters and dish area. Dishwashers must be able to lift at least 50 pounds, have reliable transportation, and be able to work the required hours of operation.
