Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cook/Dishwasher to join our culinary team. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas as needed. Support banquet operations by preparing large quantities of food for events. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of kitchen supplies. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented atmosphere. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
