position through The Kelly's Enterprise, LLC. The selected candidate will initially be employed/contracted through The Kelly's Enterprise, LLC and assigned to work at a hotel property. This position provides an opportunity for the candidate to transition to direct employment with the hotel based on performance, attendance, reliability, and the hotel's staffing needs. Position Overview The Kelly's Enterprise, LLC is seeking a dependable and experienced Hotel Dishwasher who understands the fast-paced environment of a hotel or commercial kitchen. The ideal candidate must be reliable, hardworking, organized, and capable of maintaining high sanitation standards while supporting the kitchen and food-service team. Previous experience working as a dishwasher in a hotel, restaurant, banquet facility, commercial kitchen, or similar high-volume environment is strongly preferred. Job Responsibilities The Hotel Dishwasher will be responsible for: Operating commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently. Washing and sanitizing dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment. Maintaining a steady flow of clean dishes and kitchen supplies during service. Properly sorting, storing, and organizing clean dishes and equipment. Keeping the dishwashing area, sinks, floors, drains, and surrounding work areas clean and sanitary. Removing trash and properly disposing of waste. Following all hotel, kitchen, food-safety, and sanitation procedures. Assisting with general kitchen cleaning as needed. Keeping cleaning chemicals properly stored and following chemical-safety procedures. Communicating with kitchen staff and supervisors regarding operational needs. Completing assigned duties efficiently during busy breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquet, or event service. Performing additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications Candidates should:

Have previous dishwashing, hotel, restaurant, or commercial-kitchen experience. Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Be able to stand and remain active for extended periods. Be able to bend, lift, carry, push, and pull items required for the position. Be dependable and report to scheduled shifts on time. Maintain professional behavior and appearance while working at the hotel. Work well independently and as part of a team. Follow instructions and hotel safety and sanitation standards. Be available to work the schedule required by the assigned hotel, which may include weekends, evenings, holidays, and high-volume event periods. Contract-to-Hire Opportunity This position is intended for someone interested in establishing a long-term opportunity within the hospitality industry. The employee will begin the assignment through The Kelly's Enterprise, LLC. Strong performance, dependable attendance, professionalism, and successful completion of the contract period may lead to an opportunity for direct hire by the hotel.
