Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and reliable Dishwashers to join our network and support kitchen operations across our client venues. Responsibilities Dishwashing & Sanitization:
Clean and sanitize dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety and health regulations
Workstation Setup:
Prepare the dishwashing area by filling machines, checking chemical levels, pre-soaking items, and gathering necessary equipment. Replenish supplies as needed during shifts
Machine Operation:
Operate commercial dishwashing machines according to manufacturer instructions, ensuring efficiency and cleanliness
Storage & Organization:
Place cleaned items in designated storage areas and maintain an organized workstation throughout the shift
Waste Management:
Empty and clean trash bins, transport garbage to designated disposal areas, and follow recycling protocols
Floor Maintenance:
Sweep and mop kitchen floors after meal periods and clean spills promptly
Equipment Monitoring:
Check and maintain the working condition of dishwashing equipment; monitor water temperature and chemical levels throughout shifts
General Cleaning:
Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas and kitchen equipment to maximize operational efficiency Support BOH team as needed during service Qualifications 3-5 years of dishwashing or kitchen support experience in a professional kitchen preferred Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods Punctual, reliable, and able to adhere to food safety and health codes Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Reliable transportation.
