Assist kitchen line and prep cooks with basic prep tasks, restocking, or general cleaning during down times and closing shifts.
Safety & Sanitation:
Adhere to all health code standards, food safety practices, and kitchen safety protocols. Qualifications Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant dish pit or kitchen preferred, but motivated candidates willing to learn are welcome. Ability to work efficiently, stay calm, and maintain pace in a fast-paced dinner service environment. Strong team-first attitude, punctuality, and reliable transportation.
