There There is looking for a reliable team player to join our team as a dishwasher/kitchen porter. This is an essential role in keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly throughout each shift. What you'll do:

• Wash, rinse, sanitize, and put away dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean, organized, and stocked
• Take out trash and keep waste areas clean
• Sweep, mop, and maintain clean floors throughout the kitchen
• Clean and sanitize work surfaces, sinks, equipment, and other kitchen areas
• Help with general kitchen cleaning and closing duties
• Restock dishes, cookware, and kitchen supplies as needed
• Pitch in wherever needed to help the kitchen functioning efficiently

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
• Comfortable standing for an extended period and performing physical tasks

The Details:

This is a hands-on position that requires someone who take prides in keeping things clean, organized, and moving. The right person is dependable, works with urgency, and understands that a clean kitchen is the foundation of good service. We are happy to train the right person. We are primarily looking for someone with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to pitch in.
