Overview We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our food service operations in a fast-paced restaurant. Responsibilities Wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans. Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors as needed. Assist with food preparation tasks as required by the kitchen staff. Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and stored after use. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods. Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
