Key Responsibilities Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using a commercial dishwasher and a three-compartment sink. Scrub stubborn food from traditional cast-iron fajita skillets and large salsa pots. Stock clean plates, bowls, and utensils in the proper kitchen and bar areas. Empty trash cans, compost bins, and recycling into outside dumpsters. Sweep and mop kitchen floors, prep stations, and walk-in coolers regularly. Help prep basic food items like peeling onions, washing cilantro, or opening bulk ingredients. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation rules. Skills and Qualifications No previous experience required; we will train you. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds for long periods. Capability to work fast in a hot, damp, and high-volume kitchen environment. Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
