Dish/Prep Prep Cook Lifts and carries boxes and food lexans up to 60 lbs. up to 30 times daily. Places items on high shelves. Operates, cleans, and maintains slicer, mixer, food processor, and other kitchen equipment. Frequent bending or stooping. Works mostly independently, using motivation and initiative. As a Dishwasher, you are responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all serving ware, pots, utensils, and equipment. You will distribute plates and glassware to designated areas. You will portion food products and perform various prep duties. All work is to be done in a safe, clean, and sanitary manner. Organization and efficiency are great attributes of a dishwasher.
