The primary responsibility of this position is dishwashing and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area . The right candidate will also be trained to assist with preparing salads, appetizers, and basic food prep . We are looking for someone who is dependable, energetic, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Keep the dishwashing and kitchen areas clean and organized. Assist with basic food preparation. Learn and assist with preparing salads and appetizers. Help with chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients as directed by the chef. Sweep and mop kitchen areas and maintain proper sanitation. Assist with receiving and organizing kitchen supplies when needed. Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures. Work efficiently and support the kitchen team during busy service periods. Qualifications Restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, but not required . Willingness to learn food preparation, including salads and appetizers. Reliable and punctual. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Able to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies when necessary. Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
