Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicate and hardworking candidate to join our team, for a Greek Mediterranean concept in jersey city. Mainly evenings and week ends. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in other restaurants. As Dishwasher, you will be required to deal with the basic upkeep of the restaurant, focusing on the correct and fast reorganization of plate ware and kitchen utensils during service. Duties Ensure all dishware, cookware, and utensils are spotless and ready for service Maintain cleanliness across kitchen, prep, and storage areas Support the team with porter duties: mopping, trash removal, restocking, and general upkeep Operate industrial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently Support the team whenever required Requirements Comfort with physical tasks and standing for extended periods Comfort with medium to heavy weight lifting Ability to work in a team
