Duties Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment following food safety sanitizing procedures and sanitation standards Clear tables promptly by bussing dishes, glassware, and silverware to maintain a clean dining environment Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including ingredient handling and portioning under supervision Support the kitchen team by operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including dishwashers and manual handling tools Maintain cleanliness in all food service areas by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces regularly Handle heavy lifting of supplies, dishes, and trash to ensure smooth workflow and safety compliance Follow all food safety management protocols to uphold high standards of hygiene and food handling Experience Previous food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is highly valued Familiarity with restaurant operations, including bussing or dishwashing roles, is a plus Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and kitchen health & safety standards is advantageous Ability to operate basic kitchen equipment safely and effectively Strong manual handling skills with the physical ability to lift heavy items regularly Experience in banquet or catering environments can be beneficial but is not mandatory Join us in creating memorable dining experiences!
