Full Job Description Job Summary:

Part-time (weekends included) Maintains the kitchen in a clean, safe and sanitary condition at all times including cleaning shelves and cooking surfaces regularly. Cleans the walk-in refrigerators and freezers weekly or as needed. Ensures proper food and equipment storage.

Responsibilities:

Maintains the kitchen in a clean, safe and sanitary condition at all times including cleaning shelves and cooking surfaces regularly. Cleans the walk-in refrigerators and freezers weekly or as needed. Ensures proper food and equipment storage. Performs any other duties that may be assigned by the Administrator or Manager on duty. May wash dishes, detail the kitchen, and receive put orders away at select communities. Appearance is neat, clean, and according to dress code (appropriate whites and hair nets for sanitary purposes). Other duties as assigned.
