Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic Dishwasher to join our dynamic culinary team! Responsibilities Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment following food safety sanitizing procedures Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas meet sanitation standards Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic ingredient handling and setup Support bussing duties by clearing tables, removing trash, and ensuring dining areas remain tidy during service Operate dishwashing machinery and manual handling of heavy items safely and correctly Follow all kitchen health and safety standards to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment Collaborate with kitchen staff to support food service operations during busy periods Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Knowledge of food safety management and sanitation practices is advantageous Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling large pots, trays, or dish racks Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene standards Good manual handling skills and ability to operate kitchen equipment properly Basic knife skills are a plus for assisting with food prep tasks Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Join us in creating an energetic culinary atmosphere where teamwork, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction come together!
