Location :

Plainsboro, New Jersey . Operating and maintaining dish machines. Work schedule 5 days a week including weekends and holidays. Hours are 11:30am-8:00pm.

Job Responsibilities:

Operating and maintaining dish machines. Washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment. Cleaning assigned areas using approved germicidal detergents, supplies, and equipment. This includes sweeping and mopping. Cleaning and disinfecting trash receptacles and disposing of trash. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of food service areas. Adhering to safety protocols, including food safety, infection prevention, and employee hygiene. Maintaining a pleasant and cheerful demeanor and interacting respectfully with patients, visitors, and staff.

Skills:

Education/Experience:

High school diploma with 1+ year of experience.
