• Please Note:

• This position uses a
• 3-compartment sink for manual dishwashing. We do not use an automatic dishwasher.
• Applicants must be comfortable washing dishes by hand throughout the shift.

• Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using a 3-compartment sink
• Properly follow wash, rinse, and sanitize procedures
• Keep the dishwashing and kitchen areas clean and organized
• Take out trash and assist with general kitchen cleaning
• Help maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
• Assist the kitchen team with basic tasks when needed

• Restaurant or dishwashing experience preferred, but not required
