Responsibilities range from:

Cleaning of dishes, glasses, pots, pans, utensils, etc. using a three-compartment sink and dish machine Clean and maintain all trash bins and deposit trash in dumpsters Keep floor clean and free of spills, food, trash, and other obstacles Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area throughout shift Ensure the organization of all clean dishes, pots, pans, etc. Maintain safety and sanitation standards throughout your shift Ability to keep up with fast paced, high volume kitchen and restaurant Properly set up your station and break it down Maintaining a clean and safe workspace Routine and deep cleaning your area, daily Showing up to work on time, in proper uniform Working as a team, and helping your teammates succeed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in dishwashing, or other related fields Knowledge of kitchen equipment Strong attention to detail, cleaning and organization skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to work well in teams Apply today and get your culinary career on the right track!
