The Role We are looking for an Experienced Dishwasher who knows their way around a commercial kitchen and can handle the pace of a busy dinner service. You are the backbone of our kitchen—ensuring our cooks have the tools they need to execute service and our guests have spotless tableware. Requirements Experience:

Previous experience as a dishwasher in a restaurant or high-volume kitchen is required . You must know how to organize and pace a dish pit.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for long periods, handle hot items, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Work Ethic:

Highly reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Availability:

Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Work Authorization:

United States Responsibilities Efficiently operate and maintain the commercial dishwashing machine. Wash, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans. Keep the dish pit organized and moving during high-volume rushes. Maintain a clean and safe work area, including sweeping and mopping kitchen floors. Empty and clean all trash receptacles. Follow all health and safety guidelines regarding sanitation and food handling.
