Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, supporting chefs and kitchen staff in maintaining smooth workflow. Ensure all kitchen surfaces, sinks, and work areas are kept clean and sanitized throughout each shift in compliance with sanitation standards. Buse tables and clear plates during service to support the overall cleanliness of the dining area. Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of pots, pans, and bulk supplies safely following proper manual handling techniques. Follow all kitchen health and safety standards diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment. Support the operation of kitchen equipment by cleaning filters, maintaining proper function, and reporting any malfunctions promptly. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitation procedures is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently. Familiarity with operating dishwashing machines and basic kitchen equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
