Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher/Food Prep, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. You will be responsible for ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are spotless and ready for use, while also assisting with food preparation tasks that support our culinary team. Responsibilities Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly to maintain cleanliness standards. Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning food items under supervision. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by sweeping, mopping, sanitizing workstations, and disposing of waste properly. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene compliance at all times. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Familiarity with food preparation techniques or culinary experience is a plus. Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards is beneficial.
