Key Responsibilities:

For Full-Time seekers: Work Tuesday-Sunday 12pm-9pm with 1 hour lunch break For Part-Time seekers: Work Friday-Sunday for 3-4 hour shifts in the evening/night. Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, flatware, and kitchen utensils efficiently and safely. Hand wash dishes and utensils as needed, ensuring they are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients under the guidance of the kitchen staff. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area, including keeping sinks, countertops, and work surfaces clean and free of clutter. Empty trash and recycling bins regularly and ensure proper disposal of waste. Stock and restock clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen supplies as necessary. Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment by following food safety and hygiene standards. Maintain clean and sanitary bathrooms. Follow all health and safety guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment. Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the kitchen manager. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations. Adhere to shift schedules and punctuality to ensure coverage during busy periods. Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen manager or supervisor.
