Tuesday through Friday, 11am to 3pm Please ask for Hector. About Us Boucherie, the French bistro and steakhouse from The Group Hospitality, is opening on the Upper West Side. We're building our opening team and looking for dependable, hardworking people who take pride in a clean, well-run kitchen. The Role The Dishwasher keeps our china, silverware, and cookware clean and keeps every kitchen area spotless. You report to the Chef de Cuisine and play a key role in keeping service running smoothly. What You'll Do

• Clean and sanitize china, silverware, smallwares, and cookware, handling all items with care to minimize breakage
• Keep kitchen areas clean throughout service: empty trash, sweep, and mop floors
• Maintain cleanliness of all storage areas, including dry storage, walk-in, freezers, and chemical and beverage storage
• Dispose of trash and cardboard from kitchen and service areas throughout the shift
• Complete opening and closing side work checklists daily
• Use cleaning chemicals correctly and safely
• Unpack, stock, and organize deliveries and supplies
• Assist with basic prep as directed by the Chef on Duty
• Maintain Department of Health sanitation standards and report any safety concerns to the Chef on Duty right away
• Support your teammates wherever needed What We're Looking For
• 1+ year of dishwashing experience in a similar-caliber restaurant
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Able to lift 30+ lbs and stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Clear communication in English and basic math skills
