Mythily is a progressive South Indian restaurant in the heart of Williamsburg, led by Top Chef alum Rasika Venkatesa. We are seeking a full time PM Porter, Wednesday-Sunday, 4PM-12AM. Compensation will be $18-$21 (depending on experience) plus portion of the service pool, a 20% service charge that is added to every dine-in check that is redistributed in full as additional wages to staff.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain positive interactions with the team. Site maintenance, including but not limited to: Sweeping, Mopping, Vacuuming Taking out trash & recycling Cleaning & stocking bathrooms Receiving and storing food deliveries Cycle dirty dishes out of the kitchen and clean dishes into the kitchen. Keeping chefs up to date with any products that are running low, or compromised equipment. Maintain bathroom cleanliness during service.
