Responsibilities:

• Schedule will be Tuesday through Saturday 3:30-8:30
• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
• Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
• Sweep or scrub floors
• Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars
• Clean food preparation areas, facilities, or equipment
• Assist kitchen staff with various tasks as needed

Skills:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of food service and hospitality industry practices
• Ability to handle and clean dishes and utensils safely and efficiently
• Basic understanding of food handling and safety regulations
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Must have own transportation
