Dishwasher / Utility Team Member Big Fellas is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member who understands that a clean, organized dish station is essential to keeping the restaurant running smoothly. About the Role The dishwasher is one of the most important positions in our restaurant. This role keeps the kitchen, service team, and guests supported by making sure dishes, utensils, equipment, and work areas are cleaned properly and ready when needed. We are looking for someone who takes pride in doing the job correctly, stays focused during busy shifts, and brings a positive, team-first attitude every day. Pay and Schedule

Pay:

$17-$20 per hour, based on experience

• Flexible availability required, including opening shifts, closing shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be reliable, punctual, and ready to work scheduled shifts consistently Key Responsibilities
• Wash, rinse, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dish area throughout the shift.
• Keep up with the pace of service during busy periods while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Take out trash regularly throughout the shift and complete end-of-night trash removal.
• Clean and reset assigned areas properly during downtime.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleaning standards every shift.
• Support the restaurant team as needed, including assisting with bussing, cleaning, restocking, and other operational needs.
• Communicate with managers and teammates to help keep the restaurant running efficiently. What We're Looking For
