In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans are cleaned, sanitized, and stored properly. You will also assist with general kitchen cleanliness and supporting the culinary team during service.

Key Responsibilities Dishwashing & Sanitation:

Operate the automatic dishwasher and hand-wash specialty items, pots, and pans to culinary standards.

Organization:

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dish pit, dishware storage area, and kitchen workstations.

Waste Management:

Empty trash, recycling, and compost bins regularly; assist with linen and towel handling.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines set by local health authorities and club management. Qualifications & Skills Prior dishwashing or restaurant kitchen experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and a positive attitude. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40-50 lbs. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (coinciding with club events and peak dining hours)

Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
