As a Dishwasher/Busser, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cafe runs smoothly, dishes are spotless, and guests receive attentive service. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create memorable moments for our guests while fostering a positive team environment. Duties Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment to uphold health standards. Clear and wipe tables promptly to ensure a clean and inviting dining area for guests. Assist with food preparation tasks such as plating or assembling ingredients when needed. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen stations, cafe areas and service areas through regular cleaning routines. Collaborate with bakers, baristas, and management to deliver seamless service experiences. Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or heavy dishware. Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail-oriented work ethic. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to support others. Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction.
