Main responsibilities include cleaning of dishes, trash removal, general cleaning, restroom upkeep. Duties Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning procedures. Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas are organized and sanitary throughout your shift. Assist with food preparation tasks such as ingredient prep or portioning when needed to support kitchen operations. Support bussing duties by clearing tables and ensuring dining areas remain tidy during service hours. Help with catering and banquet setups by cleaning serving ware and assisting in maintaining a clean service environment. Follow proper food handling protocols to ensure safety standards are met at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes and maintain smooth workflow during busy periods. Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential. Basic understanding of food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads (such as trays or pots), and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
