Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils using industrial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and organizing workspaces. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring all ingredients are ready for cooking. Support the kitchen staff during busy service periods by bussing tables and clearing away used dishes. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations. Participate in banquet service by setting up and breaking down dining areas as required. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and provide excellent service. Skills Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. Familiarity with kitchen operations including cooking, cleaning, and food preparation techniques. Knowledge of food handling safety practices to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment. Previous experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction. Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and adapt to changing tasks as needed.
