Responsibilities Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning items under supervision Support the culinary team during busy service times by bussing tables and clearing plates as needed Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas through regular cleaning routines Help with catering and banquet setups by preparing ingredients and ensuring timely delivery of food items Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality in all food-related activities Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent hospitality for guests Skills Experience in food service environments such as restaurants, hotels, or catering settings Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting heavy items, and bending Strong organizational skills to keep work areas clean and supplies stocked Familiarity with basic cooking techniques and food preparation processes Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues during busy shifts Prior banquet or catering experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential Join us in creating memorable dining experiences!
