Duties Thoroughly wash, sanitize, and dry dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health and safety standards Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure proper storage of all cleaned items Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies or handling simple ingredients when needed Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and efficiently to uphold a clean dining area Help with light cleaning duties across the kitchen and dining areas to ensure a hygienic environment Collaborate with kitchen staff to facilitate smooth food service operations during busy hours Follow all food handling guidelines and safety protocols to prevent contamination or accidents Qualifications Previous restaurant experience or exposure to food service environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
