Job Description

PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Chocolate Production Dishwasher works in the candy kitchen taking the lead on clean up of copper kettles, trays, and cooking utensils. This is primarily a 12 pm to 5:30 pm position Monday thru Thursday.
ACCOUNTABILITY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Core Responsibilities:
Keep up with dishes of the candy makers. Keep a safe work environment to prevent slips and falls on wet floor. Follow
FDA/FSMA
guidelines that are trained. Demonstrate a plan and a mindful process accomplishing daily tasks in the kitchen. May be asked to help in other areas of the candy kitchen or candy making processes. Work diligently, respectfully and kindly with all team members to accomplish the daily production demands.
Teamwork and Collaboration:
Collaborate with staff at all levels to create a nurturing atmosphere where people can do their best work. Model key behaviors and actions to exemplify a team player to both our clients and our staff equally. Be present and available to work in a variety of areas in the production facility.
Physical Capacity:
Extended periods of standing. Repeated lifting of dishes (copper cooking kettles and trays. Safety awareness and understanding of production and kitchen equipment.
Pay:
$14.00 per hour
