Job Description

Major Duties and Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance (PM) on injection molding machines and equipment. Change oil and filters on machines and equipment. Inspect electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components. Ensure safety devices and features are functioning properly. Maintain accurate records of all repairs and PMs as required by the Maintenance Department. Conduct maintenance and repairs on additional plant systems, including: Lighting Auxiliary equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization in accordance with housekeeping standards. Support manufacturing teams as needed. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety procedures at all times. Actively participate in company safety programs and initiatives. Complete special projects as assigned by the Facility Engineering and Maintenance Manager.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Vocational/technical certification in a relevant trade (e.g., HVAC, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance) highly preferred. Minimum of 3 years of progressive maintenance experience, including at least 2 years as a Maintenance Technician.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to perform physical labor in extreme temperature conditions. Must have full range of body motion including twisting, bending, reaching, and squatting. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to mount/dismount and operate industrial equipment and vehicles. Ability to stand and remain mobile for a minimum of 8 hours.
