Duties Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans to uphold hygiene standards. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support culinary staff during busy service periods. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, work areas, and equipment to ensure a safe and sanitary environment. Support catering and banquet events by providing clean dishware and assisting with setup or breakdown when required. Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety compliance. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean items for service. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties and handling kitchen equipment. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with basic cleaning techniques and sanitation standards in a commercial kitchen setting is advantageous. Experience with food handling, catering setups, or banquet service can enhance your ability to support diverse hospitality functions. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with culinary staff and front-of-house teams.
