Patient Care Coordinator - Private Dental Practice (Where Team Culture & Patient Experience Matter) Are you someone who truly enjoys helping people and creating a welcoming, seamless experience from the moment a patient walks through the door? Our privately owned dental practice is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator who values teamwork, communication, and delivering an exceptional patient experience every single day. What You'll Do
- Be the first point of contact — warmly greet patients and create a positive, professional experience
- Answer phones with confidence and care, ensuring every patient feels heard and valued
- Schedule appointments efficiently while prioritizing patient needs and provider flow
- Manage and maintain the hygiene schedule, ensuring optimal appointment flow and provider utilization
- Verify insurance and clearly communicate benefits and financial expectations
- Support treatment acceptance through clear, compassionate communication
- Manage patient records accurately and maintain organized systems
- Follow up with patients regarding treatment, unscheduled care, and reactivation
- Contribute to a smooth, team-oriented daily workflow What We're Looking For
- Dental front office experience preferred (Open Dental a plus)
- Strong communication skills, confident, kind, and professional
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
