Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the following: Provide advanced orthodontic chairside assistance Perform EFODA-approved duties in compliance with Oregon regulations Assist with bonding, debonding, wire changes, adjustments, and bracket placement Take orthodontic radiographs and digital impressions/scans Maintain efficient patient flow and clinical organization Deliver confident, professional communication with patients and parents Uphold sterilization and infection control protocols
Qualifications:
You will be required to possess the following: Active Oregon EFODA certification (required) Prior orthodontic assisting experience preferred Strong knowledge of orthodontic procedures and clinical workflow Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team Detail-oriented, dependable, and professional Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
