Position SummaryThe Dishwasher plays an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of Bar Nouveau's kitchen. We're looking for a part time role weekly on Saturdays and Sundays, 4:30 PM to 11:00 PM at the latest. Pay is $25 - $35 per hour including tips.
ResponsibilitiesWash and sanitize all dishware, glassware, utensils, pots, and pansMaintain cleanliness of dishwashing area and kitchen equipmentAssist with garbage, recycling, and compost disposalSupport kitchen team with basic prep tasks as neededSupport FOH team with dirty dish return clearing as neededFollow all safety and sanitation proceduresQualificationsStrong work ethic and reliabilityAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentTeam-oriented with good communication skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
