Job Description
Dishwasher- Full-Time- Renaissance Allentown $15/hr. Must pass criminal background check. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Wash, rinse, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. Operate dishwashing equipment according to established procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing and kitchen areas. Sweep and mop floors and clean work surfaces as needed. Empty trash and recycling containers and transport waste to designated disposal areas. Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating supplies and deliveries. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns to management. Assist kitchen staff with cleaning and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous dishwashing, stewarding, or kitchen experience preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
