Full Job Description Job Overview Position Summary:
The Stocker/Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked dish room and storage area to support daily train operations. This position ensures dishes, and service items are properly cleaned and sanitized while assisting with stocking food, beverages, and supplies for excursions.
Key Responsibilities:
Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, and serving equipment. Keep the kitchen, dishwashing area, and storage rooms clean and organized. Stock food, beverages, paper products, and service supplies for train excursions. Assist with loading and unloading supplies to and from the train. Rotate inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices. Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout work areas. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Assist the hospitality team with other operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to cleanliness and organization. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Reliable, punctual, and willing to work weekends and holidays as needed. Previous kitchen or food service experience is helpful but not required.

From $15.00 per hour
