Responsibilities Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using proper dishwashing techniques. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by performing bussing, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal as needed. Operate and care for dishwashing machines, disposals, and related equipment; report any malfunctions. Assist with basic food prep and kitchen cleanup while adhering to food safety and sanitation procedures. Lift and move heavy objects safely, following manual handling guidelines, and support team members as required. Qualifications Prior restaurant or kitchen experience preferred, with familiarity in high-volume dishwashing environments Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures; ability to follow hygiene standards and proper cleaning protocols Physical fitness to stand, bend, lift heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks Basic knife skills and manual handling experience; comfortable with bussing and kitchen cleanliness Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
