• sweeping, mopping, and cleaning worktables, refrigerators, and equipment so the culinary team can prepare guest meals safely and efficiently Ensure a hazard-free environment by keeping floors and surfaces clear of water, trash, and debris to protect both staff and the quality of guest service Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils
