Dishwashers are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitization of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans and utensils through machine cleaning methods. Additionally dishwashers are expected to keep the dishwashing area clean and safe. Dishwashers are also expected to mop floors in FOH and BOH. As well as taking out garbage at the end of shift and making sure bathrooms are clean and stocked. Dishwashers must be 16 years of age.
