Duties Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic chopping or assembling ingredients under supervision. Support catering and banquet setups by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use. Clear tables and assist with bussing to ensure a clean dining environment for guests. Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health and safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes during busy service periods. Skills Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality. Basic knowledge of food handling safety protocols. Experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable. Familiarity with kitchen equipment and cleaning supplies. Good teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward assisting others. Prior experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus but not required.
