Job Overview:

We are seeking a Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen environment. Must be hard working and highly reliabble.

Duties:

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized
• Assist with basic food prep tasks as needed
• Dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Clean fryers and grease traps in the restaurant every Wednesday morning.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred
• Knowledge of proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
