Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash regularly. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling and bussing tables. Ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean and in good working order. Help maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management. Support the kitchen staff during busy periods by providing assistance with various tasks as required. Adhere to food safety guidelines and sanitation standards at all times. Cleaning bathrooms before shift starts Qualifications Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with banquet service and food preparation processes is a plus. Ability to handle food safely and maintain cleanliness in a busy kitchen setting. Strong work ethic with a commitment to teamwork and helping others. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as necessary.
