//vimeo.com/1012489292 Responsibilities & Duties Maintain an orderly, organized workspace. Collect kitchen pots, pans, trays, and cooking utensils, deliver them to the dishwashing station. Wash all china, glassware and flatware returning from events. Ensure all chemicals and soaps are full. Verify all items are clean and sanitized prior to putting away. Assists in keeping the dish washing area clean. Polish silver and copper as required. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods of time. Ability to work independently (self-sufficient) while maintaining a team atmosphere.
