Responsibilities Assist with food preparation by chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients according to recipes and standards Cook menu items with attention to quality, presentation, and timely delivery Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety standards Support dishwashing duties by cleaning dishes, cookware, and kitchen tools efficiently and thoroughly Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and prevent cross-contamination Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying supervisors of stock needs Contribute to team efforts during busy service hours by supporting other kitchen staff as needed Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques Basic knife skills and familiarity with meal preparation processes Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards learning and collaboration Experience with dietary department or dietary aide roles is a plus but not mandatory Enthusiasm for culinary arts, cooking, catering, or serving is highly valued Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences!
