Help maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas by sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash as necessary. Support servers by providing them with clean dishes and utensils during busy service periods. Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of our guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Skills Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen or dining area. Good communication skills to effectively interact with team members and management.
